Chris Coulter

Chris Coulter, MPH, currently serves as Contract Manager and Clinical Project Manager at Baim Institute for Clinical Research since May 2019. In addition, Chris is the Founder and Director of the Madagascar Soap Project, a non-profit organization established in January 2018 that educates communities in Madagascar about soap making and fosters local business development.
