Mayme Lou Roettig

Mayme Lou Roettig currently serves as the Senior Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Business Development and Head of Strategic Partnerships & Development at Baim Institute for Clinical Research since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Medical Director at PLx Pharma Inc. and Senior Director of Real World Evidence and Solutions at IQVIA. Mayme's extensive background also features leadership positions at Duke Clinical Research Institute, where responsibilities included Strategic Business Development and Operations Director for Health Systems and Services Research, and at the American Heart Association as National Director of Mission: Lifeline. Early career experience includes significant roles in nursing and cardiology at various hospitals, including Northwest Community Hospital and Providence Hospital Mobile. Mayme holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago and both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an Associate Degree in Nursing from the University of Charleston.
