Andee Mourlas currently serves as a Human Resources Advisor at Harvard Developments, responsible for recruiting talent and fostering a positive and inclusive culture through data-driven methods. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Generalist at iQmetrix, focusing on benefits, onboarding, and metrics management using the UKG system. Andee also spent over a decade at Access Communications Cooperative Limited in various roles, including Commercial Relationship Executive and Community Relations Administrative Assistant, where relationship management and community engagement were key responsibilities. Early career experience as a Barista at Starbucks contributed to strong customer service and empathy skills. Andee is pursuing further education at Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
