Z.A. Tony Prsa, CET, RPA, CPM(C), Broker, is an esteemed real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and development. Currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate Management and Development at Harvard Developments since November 2000, Z.A. has previously held positions including Senior Property Manager at Brookfield Management Services, and Senior Property Manager at Koyl Commercial Real Estate Services, where management of commercial assets was a key responsibility. Earlier career roles included Project Manager at Royal West Equities Corp and Project Coordinator at Carlson Construction. Z.A. has strengthened qualifications through education at renowned institutions, earning credentials such as the CCIM in Real Estate Investment Analysis and Finance, CPM, and RPA in Commercial Real Estate, complemented by a Building Construction Engineering Diploma from NAIT.
