Karen Vallecillo

Karen Vallecillo has held various roles in human resources and education, currently serving as a Human Resources Operations Specialist at Harvard Maintenance since January 2021, previously as a Human Resources Coordinator. Prior experience includes positions at Miami Dade College from August 2013 to January 2021, where responsibilities included serving as an Adult Education Recruitment & Retention Specialist, GED Program Coordinator, and GED Program Assistant Coordinator. Additional roles include serving as Room Supervisor for both the SAT and ACT exams from 2014 to 2019 and as an ESL Tutor at Miami Dade College from 2007 to 2013. Karen Vallecillo earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida International University, completed a linguistics graduate course in Applied Linguistics at UMass Boston, and holds an Associate of Arts in Computer Science from Miami Dade College.
