Lourdes Pineda

Lourdes Pineda is the current Chief Financial Officer at Harvard Maintenance. Lourdes has over 25 years of experience in financial leadership roles. Prior to their current role, they served as the Chief Financial Officer for Crystal Cruises from January 2019 to December 2020. From 2013 to 2019, they were the Senior Vice President of Financial Services/Chief Financial Officer for FirstService Residential's South Region. Prior to that, they spent 14 years with Carnival Corporation in various financial leadership roles, including Vice President/Controller for Carnival Cruise Lines. Lourdes began their career at Coopers & Lybrand in 1992 and held various positions before becoming Controller at Renex Corp. in 1997.

Lourdes Pineda completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida International University. Lourdes then completed a Master's degree in Accounting from the Florida International University - College of Business. Lourdes is also certified as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Florida.

Lourdes Pineda reports to Stanley K. Doobin, Owner & CEO. Lourdes Pineda works with Toni Spinazzola - CHRO, Pat Mullin - COO, and Nathalie Doobin - Owner & CEO of Harvard Services Group.
