Lourdes Pineda

Lourdes Pineda is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in various senior leadership roles in the cruise line and real estate industries. Pineda currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Harvard Maintenance and previously held the same position at Crystal Cruises. Prior to these roles, Pineda was the SVP of Financial Services/CFO in the South Region at FirstService Residential. Pineda's impressive career also includes positions at Carnival Corporation, Renex Corp., and Coopers & Lybrand. Pineda holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting from Florida International University.
