Tatijana Domlija Susa

Tatijana Domlija Susa, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Tatijana began their career with Elite Maintenance, Inc. in 2001 as an HR/Payroll Manager and held this position until 2006. In 2006, they joined Harvard Maintenance as an HR/Payroll Manager and later progressed to the role of Human Resources Project Manager. From 2016 to 2022, Tatijana excelled as the Director of Human Resources at Harvard Maintenance, overseeing end-to-end HR processes and driving recruitment, performance management, training, and succession planning initiatives. Currently, they serve as the Director of HR Operations at Harvard Maintenance, managing the employee life cycle, implementing strategic projects, and representing the organization in federal court depositions.

Tatijana Domlija Susa, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Administration from Northern Illinois University, where they attended from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they hold a certification in SHRM-SCP, obtained from SHRM in January 2015.
