Brian Shelly

Brian Shelly possesses extensive experience in healthcare and sales leadership, currently serving as Executive Director of Health Plans at athenahealth since January 2018, following roles as Director of Sales for Payer Strategies and Strategic Accounts. Shelly has been involved with Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center since January 2011, contributing as Vice Chairman of the Board to enhance clinical care in Boston. Additionally, Shelly participates as a Board Member and Executive Director for the Boston Chapter of the Colon Cancer Coalition, supporting awareness and initiatives for colon cancer. Previous leadership includes Vice President and General Manager at TigerText, and various sales roles across well-known companies such as MedPlus/Quest Diagnostics, Novo Nordisk, and Zix Corporation. Shelly obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from New England College between 1993 and 1997.
