David Conley

David Conley serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center since July 2025. Prior to this role, Conley was the Controller at Charter Oak Health Center, Inc. from May 2020 to August 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing comprehensive community-based health services. Conley also held the position of Director of Budget & Contracts at Behavioral Health Network, Inc. from March 2016 to April 2020, managing over $34 million in state contracts. Previous experience includes Controller roles at IBA - Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción and Rogerson Communities, and positions at the National Initiative for Children's Healthcare Quality and The Wilderness Society. Conley began professional finance training with an Assistant Controller position at the Trust for Public Land. Educationally, Conley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Providence College, completed in 1988.
