Sophie Walton, MS, RD, LDN, is a registered dietitian currently working at Everlong Nutrition, LLC and Brigham and Women's Hospital, where responsibilities include intensive lifestyle therapy. With a solid background in nutrition, Sophie has gained experience as a dietetic intern at Massachusetts General Hospital and held various roles in the food service industry, including server positions at Lincoln Tavern and Restaurant and Granite Links Golf Club. Educated at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Sophie earned a Master of Science in Nutrition Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Sciences, along with a semester at The American University of Rome. Additional experience includes teaching assistance and conducting grocery store tours at UMass Amherst, as well as involvement in a summer lunch program through WIC.
