Matthew Zhang is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in public speaking and venture capital. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Omega Speech And Debate LLC, Matthew has developed a comprehensive academy for students, overseeing a 20-member staff. In addition, Matthew serves as a Partner at The Charles River Growth Fund and as Director of Sourcing for the Harvard Undergraduate Venture Capital Group, where Matthew manages sourcing efforts and relationships with partner VC firms. Matthew also has a notable background in nonprofit work as the Founder and President Emeritus of the Livingston Youth Organization For Human Services and the Co-Founder of the International Youth Debate Initiative. Education includes a double concentration in Economics and Government at Harvard University, with a secondary focus in Statistics.
