Mina Raj

Mina Raj is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of Staff Development at The Harvard Crimson, overseeing recruitment and human resources while enhancing board culture and retention. As the Marketing Director of Design, Mina contributed to advertisement revenue through original sponsored content and streamlined design production processes. In addition to the role at The Harvard Crimson, Mina is a Sourcing Analyst for the Harvard Undergraduate Venture Capital Group, conducting due diligence and creating investment theses. Other significant positions include Publicity & Outreach Director for Harvard Undergraduate Women In Business, Campaign Operations and Political Fellow for Colin Allred for Senate, and Mentor for the Harvard Radcliffe Institute, where guidance was provided to students tackling educational inequality. An entrepreneurial spirit is evident through the founding of Don't Wait to Vaccinate, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting COVID vaccines. Mina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies from Harvard University and has pursued summer study at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
