Mina Raj is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of Staff Development at The Harvard Crimson, overseeing recruitment and human resources while enhancing board culture and retention. As the Marketing Director of Design, Mina contributed to advertisement revenue through original sponsored content and streamlined design production processes. In addition to the role at The Harvard Crimson, Mina is a Sourcing Analyst for the Harvard Undergraduate Venture Capital Group, conducting due diligence and creating investment theses.
