Andrew Ross

Andrew Ross is the Senior Director of Teaching & Learning Support at Harvard University, where they oversee multiple education support services. With extensive experience in educational technology, Andrew has successfully developed language centers and support models at renowned institutions including Arizona State University, where they served as Head of Learning Support Services from 2010 to 2019, and Brown University as the Director of the Language Resource Center from 2003 to 2010. Andrew holds a PhD in French Language and Literature from the University of California, Berkeley, earned between 1989 and 1998.
