Bria Faison is a dedicated professional with experience in various roles focused on youth development, workplace inclusivity, and organizational support. Currently serving as an EDIBA Intern at Harvard University, Bria contributes to DEI initiatives and helps revamp position descriptions within the university library. Prior experience includes working as a Kids Club Associate at O2 Fitness Clubs, a Counselor at the William G. White, JR. Family YMCA, and a Student Assistant at Winston-Salem State University, where responsibilities ranged from supervising children's activities to facilitating campus policy surveys. Bria's journey began as a Camp Counselor at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, emphasizing safety, skill achievement, and curriculum management for campers. Bria holds a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Bachelor of Science in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from Winston-Salem State University.
