Sydney Davis

Sydney Davis currently serves as a Teaching Assistant at Harvard University and an Executive Coach at Rokt, while also working as a Groops Guide for Groops, which focuses on expert-led, relationship-oriented learning for teams. In addition to these roles, Sydney has been an Instructional Facilitator at Rutgers University, conducting customized workshops and coaching for executive leaders since 2021. Since 2019, Sydney has worked with Chief as a CORE Guide and Group Facilitator, and has been a Life Coach at WOMEN Unlimited, Inc. since 2017. Sydney founded Syd Davis Coaching in 2009, specializing in life and leadership coaching for individuals and groups. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Director for Girls on the Run of New Jersey East from 2000 to 2022 and as a School Counselor at Saint Joseph's School. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Counseling from Troy State University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
