Geoff Anthony

Geoff Anthony, M.S. serves as the Lead People Scientist at Harver since October 2021 and previously held the role of Senior Consultant at Vaya Group from 2010 to 2021. At Vaya Group, Geoff led project teams for high-volume assessment projects, managed client relationships, developed competency models, and created resources for individual development planning and career growth. Additionally, Geoff specialized in assessments for emerging leaders and managers, providing coaching and support to over 50 individuals in their progression into leadership roles. Geoff holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational-Social Psychology from Illinois State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Chicago.
