Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Sales for the Americas at Harver, Jeff Furst leads initiatives focused on high-velocity hiring solutions. Previously, Jeff Furst held the position of Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Outmatch, where responsibilities included developing global partnerships to enhance mutual customer offerings. As the founder and former CEO of FurstPerson, Jeff Furst guided the company's evolution into a leading provider of talent selection software before its acquisition by Outmatch. Earlier in their career, Jeff Furst gained experience in product management at AT&T and corporate banking at American National Bank. Jeff Furst holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
