Griffin Ender began their work experience in 2014 as the Head Coach for the Balboa Bay Volleyball Club, where they worked until 2019. In 2016, they also took on the role of Assistant Coach for Men's Volleyball at Concordia University Irvine until 2018. In 2017, they joined Altus Recruiting as an Executive Recruiter, and worked there until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President and Business Development Officer at Harvest, starting in 2019.

Griffin Ender obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Concordia University Irvine, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Sport Management at the University of the Pacific from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they completed a Master's in Coaching and Athletic Administration, specializing in MCAA, at Concordia University Irvine from 2016 to 2017.
