Kevin Blank has a diverse work experience. Kevin began their career as a Graduate Researcher at the National Science Foundation - Ohio University in 2010 and continued in this role until 2012. Kevin then joined MWA Financial as a Financial Advisor from 2013 to 2015 before becoming a Managing Partner from 2015 to 2017. Kevin then worked at Wells Fargo as a Business Development Officer from 2017 to 2019. Following that, they served as Vice President - Commercial Relationship Banking at Aquesta Bank from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Kevin is the SVP | Business Development Officer at Harvest starting from August 2020.
Kevin Blank earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geography from West Virginia University, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Pursuing further education, Kevin then obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Sustainable Development from Ohio University, studying there from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their degrees, Kevin Blank has also obtained certifications, including the CFFM (Certified Fraternal Field Manager) from the Fraternal Field Managers Association in January 2015, and the FIC (Fraternal Insurance Counselor) from the National Association of Fraternal Insurance Counselors in June 2014.

Through a strategic partnership between Medalist Partners, LP ("Medalist") and Harvest’s Senior Management Team, the company acquired a Small Business Lending Company license that allows it to originate and service loans pursuant to the Small Business Administration’s 7(a) loan program. Through an affiliate, we are also in the process of developing a proprietary Small Balance Commercial Loan product along with unprecedented access to the secondary markets which will further our objective of becoming the country’s premier non-bank commercial real estate lender to small business.
