Robert Pitzer has a long and varied work experience. Robert began their career in 1987 as a Nuclear Machinist Mate, Engineering Laboratory Technician and Submarines for the US Navy. In 1998, they became a Mechanization Design Engineer at Intel Corporation, where they established national stand out performance with Lights Out production efficiency, saving 10 million of developmental and production costs. In 2003, they became the Chief Engineer of HITS, LLC., where they secured a license of technology company dedicated to the development of an internet connected disk dispensing kiosk machine. In 2004, they established 4FX Design to assist startups and established companies with resources to develop new and unique technology products. In 2005, they became the Manager of Coolmedianow. In 2008, they became the Chief Engineer of FireTag, LLC., where they originated laser technology employed with robotics to rapidly mark palletized boxes and developed a fully automated tracking system. In 2013, they became the Chief Technical Officer and Chief Engineer of Harvest CROO Robotics, where they have owned responsibility for the company’s entire R&D product life cycle since the company’s inception. Robert has combined a creative and analytical approach to solving large scale structural and technology issues, and has fostered corporate relationships and university partnerships with innovators to develop needed technology. Finally, they are the owner of BotBash, LLC., an organization dedicated to the production of Competitive Robotic Events.

Robert Pitzer began their educational journey in 1987 when they attended the US Navy Nuclear Power School and obtained a US Naval Nuclear Power Plant Operation certification - Submarines in Nuclear/Nuclear Power Technology/Technician. Robert then attended Manatee Community College from 1993 to 1995, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Preparatory Classes for Engineering at the University of Florida. Finally, they attended the University of Florida from 1995 to 1997 and earned a BS in Mechnical Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering.
