Zeyead Gharib

Zeyead Gharib is the Founder and CEO of Harvest Direct Enterprises LLC and he also serves as Founder and President of YIPS LLC (the first brand to use HDE’s lossless processing technologies). In these roles, Mr. Gharib’s primary responsibilities include making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources, implementing corporate strategy, overseeing IP strategy, and investor/public relations. Even though he no longer spends as much time there as he would like, Mr. Gharib’s primary passion is for the laboratory. Inventing, creating, designing, and innovating. He has clocked over 10,000 hours in a professional laboratory setting. His love of the laboratory is only second to his love of cannabis and its potential to help others. After getting an American Chemical Society Certified Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and a minor in Arabic from the University of Pittsburgh - Mr. Gharib entered the cannabis industry. With a primary focus on analytical/ instrumental chemistry, Mr. Gharib started work as an R&D Chemist at MyDx - a handheld portable analyzer for cannabis. Working directly with the CEO of MyDx, Mr. Gharib gained experience in marketing, business, and leadership. Most importantly, he learned how to apply his scientific skills and his knowledge of cannabis in a business setting. From 2016 to 2017, Mr. Gharib was employed full-time as a Chromatography Specialist at Confidence Analytics, one of the highest top marijuana testing laboratories in Washington.
