Alicia Janocsko

Alicia Janocsko currently serves as the Senior Replenishment Insights Manager at Harvest Group, a role held since April 2021. Previously, Alicia worked at Walmart from September 2016 to April 2021 in several positions, including Associate Buyer for Produce, managing a $70 million business and facilitating assortment, pricing, and supplier adjustments. Alicia also held roles as Replenishment Manager for Produce, overseeing the flow of Cut Fruit generating $1.7 million in weekly sales, and as Business Support Manager for Produce, focusing on inventory management for the Apple and Citrus teams. In addition, Alicia gained experience in replenishment leadership within Walmart's Produce Department, enhancing understanding of complex supply chains across numerous distribution centers and stores. Alicia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Penn State University and has an International Business Minor from the International Studies Institute of Florence.
