Darcy Ramler

Darcy Ramler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth and leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Vice President of Growth at Harvest Group since November 2024, Darcy previously held multiple senior positions at Bold Strategies, Inc., including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and Senior VP of Solutions from May 2021 to January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as the Head of Sales and Merchandising for Ladies Apparel at Avalon Apparel from January 2008 to May 2021. Darcy holds an Associate's degree in General Sales, Merchandising and Related Marketing Operations from FIDM and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Redlands.
