Matt Ballou

Matt Ballou is an accomplished National Account Manager currently with Harvest Group, a role started in June 2023. Prior to this, Matt held similar positions at Newell Brands from September 2018 to May 2023, including National Account Manager and Key Account Manager. Matt founded and co-owned Crimson Feather Clothing from 2016 to 2020 and gained experience at Sam's Club as an Associate Buyer and Senior Inventory Coordinator between January 2016 and August 2018. Additional experience includes a Regional Logistics Internship at Walmart, a Database Coordinator position at Zweig Group, and a Marketing and Outreach Intern role at the University of Arkansas. Matt began a career in banking as a Teller at Alliance Bank, complemented by early work in facilities maintenance and landscaping at Associated Management Services. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management from the University of Arkansas between 2012 and 2015.
