Nina Ruijs

Nina Ruijs is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in various HR roles. Currently serving as an HR Advisor at Harvest House since September 2022, Nina previously held the same title at Ecolab from June 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing HR-related topics for multiple divisions and implementing a Service Delivery Model. Prior to this, Nina gained valuable experience as an Associate HR Representative at Ecolab, focusing on HR administration and talent development, and as an HR Assistant at Pieter van Foreest. Additional experiences include internships at IBM and Atradius, and active involvement in various organizations, highlighting organizational and teaching skills. Nina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Hogeschool Leiden.
