Alyson McCormick

Alyson McCormick has extensive experience in tax management and leadership roles. Alyson currently holds the position of VP Tax at Harvest Midstream Company, where they have been working since 2024. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director at the same company starting in 2021. Before joining Harvest Midstream Company, Alyson worked as a Senior Tax Manager at Hilcorp from 2019 to 2021. Alyson also has a significant background in tax consulting, having worked at PwC as an Asset Management Tax Director from 2012 to 2019 and at Deloitte Tax as a Senior Manager from 2005 to 2012. Alyson started their career at Moss Adams LLP as a Senior from 2003 to 2005.

Alyson McCormick obtained a LL.M. degree in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law in 2002. Prior to that, they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at the University of Oregon School of Law from 1998 to 2001. Alyson completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Oregon, earning a B.S. degree from 1994 to 1997.
