Heather H. possesses extensive experience in sales, training, and development, currently serving as the Sales Growth & Enablement Manager at Harvest Sherwood Food Distributors since February 2021. In this role, Heather is appointed as Marketing SME for the East Division and contributes to the commercial team while directing the creation of digital eCatalogues. Previously, as Sales Training & Development Manager, Heather focused on driving sales growth through training initiatives. Additional experience includes consulting for online training programs at Double Heart Training and serving as Education Manager at Hill's Pet Nutrition, where Heather trained sales teams nationally. With a strong background in consultative sales management at Kent Nutrition Group and previous roles in training and outreach, Heather combines expertise in education with a solid foundation in the grocery and CPG sectors. Educational qualifications include a BFA in Illustration from Rhode Island School of Design and a BA Honors in Graphic Design from the University of Brighton, along with business management training from Bryant University.
