Stephen Sucheski has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Stephen is currently working as a Technical Sales Manager at Harvest Thermal since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked for the State of California from August 2019 to February 2022, where they served as a Project Manager in Business Development. In this role, they successfully managed a $1.7 million networking retrofit project and achieved cost savings of over $2.5 million by implementing more sustainable options. Before joining the State of California, Stephen worked at 4LEAF, Inc. as a Customer Success Project Manager from February 2018 to August 2019. In this role, they developed an automated processing program for permit review, conducted property condition assessments, and prepared detailed reports based on market research and analysis. Notable projects include the City of Sacramento Fiber and Small Cell installation and the Sacramento Regional Transit Bus Facility project.
Stephen's earlier experience includes working as a Mechanical Engineering Researcher at the University of California, Davis from May 2016 to July 2017, and as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Berkeley Engineering and Research, Inc. from June 2015 to September 2015. Stephen also served as an Engineering Intern at the California Lighting Technology Center (CLTC), UC Davis from March 2014 to September 2014.
Stephen Sucheski attended the University of California, Davis from 2012 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering. During their time there, they focused on developing their skills in this field. In 2016, they had the opportunity to study abroad at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, where they explored Sustainable Engineering.
