Steve Potestio

Steve Potestio is the Founder and Managing Director of Harvester Talent, a staffing and executive search firm established in January 2023, drawing on over 20 years of industry experience. Previously, Steve served as SVP - West Coast at Onward Search, overseeing business operations for the national creative staffing agency. As the Founder and CEO of Mathys+Potestio/The Creative Party®, Steve guided the company's growth and strategy until its sale in 2022. Steve's extensive experience includes founding 52 Limited, managing various creative staffing roles, and leading operations at Via Training Interactive. Steve holds a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Oregon and completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program at Babson College.
