Elaine Bain has been with W.W. Grainger since November 2003, holding various managerial roles including Service Standards Manager, Outbound Operations Manager, Inbound Operations Manager, Branch Manager, and Channel Business Manager. In these positions, Elaine Bain developed new Alternate Distribution channels and managed strategies for their compliance and profitability. Since 2008, Elaine Bain has also contributed to Harvesters as an Ambassador/Volunteer, participating in fundraising activities and advocating for hunger initiatives and nutrition. Elaine Bain earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Missouri Western State University between 1982 and 1992.
