Gene Hallinan

Gene Hallinan serves as the Communications Manager at Harvesters—The Community Food Network, focusing on public and media relations and content creation for the company’s website and social media platforms since October 2015. Prior to this role, Gene was the Principal at Hallinan Marketing & Public Relations, delivering tailored marketing and communications solutions from February 2013 to October 2015. Gene also held the position of Director of Marketing & Public Relations at Centerpoint Medical Center, overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies and communications from November 2008 to February 2013, and worked in marketing and public relations at Overland Park Regional Medical Center from 1999 to 2008. Gene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Creighton University and a Master of Arts in Communications from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
