Kelly Diep

Kelly Diep currently serves as Head of Corporate Legal and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Harvey, overseeing corporate governance, securities, employment, compliance, and real estate since September 2024. Prior to this role, Kelly was the Corporate Governance Lead at Block from April 2020 to April 2024, focusing on global and domestic corporate governance and securities matters. From October 2016 to March 2020, Kelly held the position of Vice President, Securities and Corporate Governance at MSCI Inc., where responsibilities included public company reporting, compliance, and securities laws. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate in Private Equity and Public Mergers & Acquisitions at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and serving as a Pforzheimer Public Service Fellow at INCLUDED. Kelly earned a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in History and Science with a concentration in Economics from Harvard University.
