Robert Michael

Robert Michael has extensive experience in the aquaculture industry, currently serving as Head of Aquaculture at Harvest Road since March 2019, where Robert has held various roles including Operations Manager, Aquaculture Projects Manager, and Research Lead. Previously, Robert was the Managing Director at Great Southern Shellfish from January 2013 to April 2019 and briefly worked as Vessel Master for Chevron in early 2019. With a background as Production Manager and Research Technician at the Department of Primary Industries & Regional Development from June 2007 to March 2019, Robert also gained experience as a Research Technician at Murdoch University and as a Research Assistant at the Department of Fisheries Western Australia. Robert's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Marine Sciences and an Honours degree in Vet and Biomedical Sciences, both from Murdoch University.
