Jeremy Karns has a diverse range of work experience in sales and management roles within the manufacturing and hospitality industries. Jeremy started their career in 2005 as a Manufacturer's Representative at M.C.C. and Associates, where they focused on selling furniture, umbrellas, lighting, and accessories to clients in the Contract/Hospitality market. Jeremy then transitioned to Ksera, Inc. in 2007, where they served as the Owner/Sales Manager and later the Owner/Area Sales Manager, specializing in contract furniture.
In 2013, Karns joined Grosfillex Group as the Eastern Regional Sales Manager, responsible for optimizing the performance of 10 sales groups across 18 states. During their tenure, they collaborated with senior management to develop a comprehensive marketing plan and implemented ambitious sales targets and incentive programs to drive team performance.
In 2016, Karns moved to Harbour Outdoor as the Regional Sales Manager-Southeast, where they built and led a high-performance hospitality manufacturer's representative team. Jeremy focused on driving business growth across a 13-state region by generating leads, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment.
Currently, Karns is working at Harvey Gerstman Associates as the Sales Manager, Mid-Atlantic. In this role, they partner with manufacturers in various markets to sell high-quality products into distributor, end-user, and retail channels. Covering several states in the Mid-Atlantic region, they are responsible for driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Throughout their career, Karns has consistently demonstrated their ability to achieve sales goals, mentor team members, and contribute to the overall success of the organizations they have worked for.
Jeremy Karns attended Kent State University from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Education.
