Bob Gwinn

President at Harvey Gulf International Marine

Mr. Gwinn joined Harvey Gulf in 1978 and was appointed President in 2008. His responsibilities include leading the Company’s sales and marketing effort as well as assisting with the administrative duties for the Company’s day-to-day operations. Mr. Gwinn is the prime contact for all of the oil and gas companies and drilling contractors desiring Harvey Gulf’s services to support their exploration and production needs. Mr. Gwinn maintains close contact with all major oil and gas companies and drilling contractors in order to monitor well activity and anticipate the related vessel demand of existing rigs, as well as potential new rigs that need to be placed into service. Since the sales and marketing team is the first point of contact with customers, Mr. Gwinn is intimately involved in determining whether Harvey Gulf can meet its customers’ demands with its existing fleet or if market demand is strong enough to justify further fleet expansion.
