Michael L Allen, CCIM, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Investment & Leasing at Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate since April 2017, focusing on brokerage and advisory services for Coastal Virginia investors. Previously, Michael held the title of Area Regional Hotel Portfolio Manager and Distressed Asset Turn-Around Expert at GF Management, overseeing property management and hotel development across multiple states. Michael also served as Vice President of Operations for a Portfolio of Hotels at Beck Company Hotels and was President of Allen Management Group, managing a diverse portfolio of hotels, restaurants, and retail properties. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from the University of Virginia and is a designee of The CCIM Institute.
