Ned Williams

Ned Williams has more than 35 years of industry experience in providing real estate brokerage and advisory services for investment and development properties. Ned has worked with various types of income producing real estate. Ned started their career as a Director of Asset Management at Goodman Segar Hogan Commercial in 1985. Ned then worked as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Hampton Roads Real Estate Firms from 1990 to 1996. Ned joined William E. Wood and Associates in 1997 as Vice President - Commercial & Investment Real Estate until November 2015. Ned then worked as Principal at Vector Real Estate Advisors LLC from 2008 onwards. Currently, Ned serves as the Vice President of Investment Real Estate Services at Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate since October 2015.

Ned Williams has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Finance-Real Estate from Old Dominion University. Ned also holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Lees-McRae College.
