Robert (Rob) Sult, Jr., CCIM, is a seasoned broker associate specializing in investment sales at Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate since June 2019, focusing on value-add investments ranging from $5 million to $25 million in the Southeast U.S. Previously, Rob served as a principal and consultant for an independent firm and held various leadership roles at USAA Real Estate Company, including managing director of healthcare and office development portfolios. Rob also contributed to the commercial real estate sector as president of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio and as managing director at Grubb & Ellis and Trammell Crow Company. Rob earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University.
