Gabriel Hope

Gabriel Hope is currently a Visiting Assistant Professor at Harvey Mudd College since July 2023. Gabriel has a rich background in software engineering and computer science, highlighted by internships at prominent companies such as Google, Two Sigma, Microsoft, and MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Experience includes working on machine intelligence algorithms, data visualization projects, and developing global language support features for Microsoft Office. Prior teaching roles at Washington University in St. Louis involved managing a team of teaching assistants and conducting labs and office hours. Gabriel holds a PhD in Computer Science from UC Irvine, a Master's from Brown University, and dual Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Computer Science and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
