Justin P. Christian P25 is the president and chief executive officer of BCforward Corporation, which comprises BCforward, BCforward Canada, BCforward Puerto Rico, BCforward India, BCforward Razor, Stafforward and Stafforward Manufacturing. Christian’s leadership over the past 23 years has propelled the company from a boutique IT services firm to the best in class IT consultancy and global workforce solutions leader that it is today. With over 6,500 employees, BCforward serves Fortune 1000 and government clients across all industries throughout North America, Europe and Asia. BCforward provides a full suite of customer-centric information technology and human capital solutions spanning application lifecycle management, project management, quality, business intelligence, outsourcing and advisory services.

Christian is a committed civic leader and philanthropist. He has served on the boards of the Indianapolis Children’s Museum, Goodwill of Central Indiana, Indiana Gaming Commission and the Indianapolis Bond Bank. He is a past chair of the Indianapolis 500 Festival Board of Directors and a current board member for the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, the Lumina Foundation, and is a DePauw University trustee.
