Lucy McPhail

Lucy McPhail is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience in buying and merchandising across the beauty and fashion sectors. Currently serving as the Group Buying & Merchandising Director at Harvey Nichols since June 2025, Lucy previously held roles as a Strategy Consultant at Space NK and the Director, Founder, and NED at Fetch Beauty & Fetch Luxe Limited. Lucy was also a Senior Director at Threads Styling, where responsibilities included leading buying and merchandising for a digital scale-up. Previous positions include Head of Buying at Liberty., Divisional Merchandise Manager at Harrods, and various buying roles at Harrods, Life Style Sports, and Brown Thomas Arnotts. Lucy holds a Master of Arts in Cultural History and Fashion History and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and History from University College Dublin.
