Alex Francisco

Alex Francisco is an experienced IT and digital solutions professional with a strong background in managing and delivering corporate and commercial applications across various sectors. Currently serving as the Commercial Applications Delivery Manager at Harvey Norman since March 2025, Alex oversees solutions such as Commercial ERP and Advanced Warehouse Management. Previously, as Head of Digital Solutions at Nanosonics from July 2023 to February 2025, Alex managed Global Corporate and Operations Solutions, while at Pallion as IT Delivery and Maintenance Manager from March 2021 to July 2023, responsibilities included managing Corporate Services and Group Finance. Prior roles include IT Business Systems Manager at Healius Limited and Corporate Systems Manager at WaterNSW, focusing on internal business units and effective solutions for finance and human resources. Alex holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
