Richard Chapman

Richard Chapman is a seasoned professional in health, safety, and environment (HSE) management with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Group Health, Safety and Environment Manager at Harvey Norman since February 2021, Richard is responsible for the establishment and implementation of HSE frameworks across global operations. Previously, Richard held leadership roles at Navitas as Head of Wellbeing, Health and Safety and at Serco as Asia Pacific Director Health Safety & Environment, where significant performance improvements were achieved. Other notable positions include Head of Health & Safety at Westpac and St George Bank, as well as consulting roles with GPT Group and Pfizer. Richard holds a Master's in Occupational Health & Safety Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy from the University of Sydney.
