Mark Dyas

Mark Dyas has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Mark is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Harvey Performance Company and Applied Composites. Previously, they held the role of Chief Financial Officer at OPW, a Dover Company, where they provided global finance leadership and supported business outperformance. Prior to that, they served as the VP Finance at CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense and AFB International. Mark also held roles at Gilbarco Veeder Root and Danaher Company, where they led financial planning and analysis, served as a global controller, and had financial leadership of the global operations function. Mark also worked as the VP Finance at Securaplane, Division of Pacific Scientific, and Director of Finance at Danaher Motion and IMI Norgren Inc.

Mark Dyas attended Columbia College from 1992 to 1996. During this time, they did not obtain a specific degree or specialize in any field of study. In 1998, they obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Missouri.
