Andrew Cobarruvias

Andrew Cobarruvias is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in construction management. Currently serving at Harvey | Harvey-Cleary Builders since February 2020, Andrew has overseen significant projects including a 6-floor buildout for Shell OTM and a 35,000 SF raised access floor for Trafigura. Andrew's previous roles include assistant project manager and project engineer at C.A. Walker Construction and several positions at various projects, showcasing a strong ability to manage schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure quality in renovations and new builds. Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from the University of Houston, completed in 2017.
