David Rasch

David Rasch is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in managing commercial interior build-out and ground-up projects. Currently serving as Vice President & Partner and Director at Harvey | Harvey-Cleary Builders since February 2019, David has a robust background in estimating and has played a pivotal role in significant projects such as The Kirby Collection and the Anadarko 1,000,000 square-foot interior build-out. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at E.E. Reed Construction, Sr. Project Manager at D.E. Harvey Builders, and Project Manager at Structure Tone Southwest. David holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
