Phillip Miller

Phillip Miller is an experienced project manager currently working at Harvey | Harvey-Cleary Builders since December 2016, where responsibilities have also included serving as assistant project manager. Prior to this role, Phillip served in the US Army from May 2010 to October 2014 as a team leader and noncommissioned officer in the 2nd Battalion, 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Houston, earned between 2015 and 2018.
