Leena Alonen

Leena Alonen is currently the Quality Director at Harvia, leading the development and management of the company's Quality Strategy and Sustainability reporting. Prior to this role, Leena was the Group Quality Development Project Manager at Harvia, focusing on process management and business synergy. Before joining Harvia, Leena served as the Chief Engineer at Valmet, where Leena led the dewatering element engineering team and managed product development. Leena also worked as a Quality Engineer at Harvia Oy, focusing on quality management development and transitioning to a process approach. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and extensive experience in R&D, Leena has a strong foundation for managing product development projects, including 3D modeling and prototype testing.
