Catherine Macdonald

Catherine Macdonald is the current Head of HR & Organisation Development at Harworth Group. Catherine has over 25 years of experience in human resources, including positions at VISTA HR Consulting, McCann Manchester, HSS Hire, and Pizza Hut UK.

Catherine began their career in 1994 as a Personnel Manager at Tesco. Catherine later became the Group HR policy / Reward / project manager before moving to Pizza Hut UK in 2001 as the Organisation Change Manager. After three years at Pizza Hut, Catherine took on an Interim HR Manager role at HSS Hire in 2008. The following year, they became the HR Manager at McCann Manchester. In 2014, they joined VISTA HR Consulting as an HR Associate. Catherine has been with Harworth Group since 2016.

Catherine Macdonald studied theatre studies at the University of Liverpool and CIPD at the University of Hertfordshire.

They work with Shaun Hockley - Director - Operations & Recycling, Kitty Patmore - Chief Financial Officer, and Chris Birch - General Counsel & Company Secretary. Catherine Macdonald reports to Owen Michaelson, CEO.
