Ruth Cooke

Ruth Cooke is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Harworth Group. Ruth has over 25 years of experience in the housing sector.

Ruth Cooke was the Group CEO of Clarion Housing Group from April 2018 to September 2018. Prior to that, they were Chair of Connexus from September 2010 to September 2019. Ruth was also the CEO of Midland Heart from January 2008 to April 2018. In February 2019, they became the Group CEO of GreenSquare Group, a position they held until April 2021. Ruth Cooke has also held the position of Group Director of Resources at arcadia housing from January 2005 to December 2008.

Ruth Cooke has been a Board member of Gloucestershire Housing Association from January 2004 to December 2005 and Chief Finance Officer of Anchor Trust from January 2003 to December 2005. Prior to that, they worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager from January 1996 to December 2003.
